I can't say enough about these two amazing people. No, this isn't a business review, but I can't stop obsessing over the fact that they came into my life when I needed it the most. Lara and Ken are the sweet couple behind Laki Events & Design, a full service wedding and event planning company. I was lucky enough to meet them through mutual friends and we immediately connected over a shared passion for creating great experiences for clients and for growing our new and budding businesses. Along with their planning services, they also create these unique, gorgeous, and functional pieces of furniture by hand that they rent out. They've spent so much time and effort in building these custom pieces (including a piano turned bar!) and they knew they needed to spread the word so that all those couples out there planning their own weddings could take advantage of these treasures. And I had the honor of being their photographer! Lara's attention to detail and background in interior decorating, and Ken's passion for showing off the natural beauty of the materials he uses, combine to make for one incredible concept brought to life. 

And the best part... these two will be there on our wedding day in April! I said before that they came into my life at a perfect time, and it's because I needed some help bringing our wedding theme to life and narrowing down my focus on what needed to get done and when. Lara has helped me with flowers and timelines and decor, and the list goes on... plus she's a really good coffee date. I never thought I needed a wedding planner, but honestly, now I can't imagine not having them there on the big day! So excited you guys!!
